Question 1. 

What is the expected time frame for me to receive my order?  

Answer:

COVID-19 SHIPPING: Due to the on-going pandemic, orders are extremely delayed and shipping may take 7-25 business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. ThePlayers4Tees items are custom made. 

 

Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.

 Please note: ThePlayers4Tees is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 

 Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. 

 If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

 Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

Can I Return/Exchange?  

ANSWER:

Unfortunately, Effective August 2020: Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you!

What Can I Expect in Regards to Sizes? 

ANSWER:

All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.

 ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.
